CREATE A QUANTAC ACCOUNT
When you create and account with Quantac we ask you to enter information about yourself, including your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Height, Weight, and Gender. We use this information to maintain your account and to personalize your experience.
USE A QUANTAC DEVICE
Depending on the Device you use, it can collect other information, including your transdermal alcohol content, standard alcohol consumption, temperature, humidity, movement, whether the Device is being worn or not, and geolocation. VISIT OUR SITE
Whenever you contact Quantac for help of feedback we collect your Name and Email Address along with any additional information you provide in your request so that we can provide you with assistance and improve the Quantac Service. You can also contact Quantac on public forums, such as social networking sites, but we cannot maintain the privacy of your communication to us if you contact us through these channels.
We only collect information about you when you are interacting with Quantac Products & Services.
Quantac uses the information we collect to operate, maintain, and provide you will the full features and functionality of the Quantac Service, to analyze how the Quantac Service is used, to diagnose service or technical problems, to maintain security, to personalize content, to remember information to help you efficiently access your account, to monitor aggregate metrics, and to track Content and users as necessary to comply with applicable laws.
PESONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is data that includes a personal identifier, such as your Name, Email Address, or other data that could reasonably be linked back to you. We will only share this data under the following circumstances:

Quantac may share or sell aggregated, de-identified data that does not identify you with partners and the public in a variety of ways, including research or reports about health. When we provide this information we take appropriate measures so that the data does not identify you and the recipients of the data are prohibited by contract from re-identifying it back to you.
CONTESTS AND GIVEAWAYS
Quantac stores your PII for as long as you maintain a Quantac Account.
Quantac uses a combination of technical and administrative security controls to maintain the security of your data. The security of your Personal Information is extremely important to us. No method of data transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We strive to use the commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, but we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Data that your provide to Quantac through the Site or Application can be modified from your dashboard or application. If you remove your data from your Quantac Account it will no longer appear to you. Backups of that data will remain associated with you Quantac Account and in our archive servers.
You can deactivate your Quantac Account by contacting Quantac Support at email@example.com. After you deactivate your account any data that can identify you will be removed from the Quantac Service. Backup copies of this data will be removed from our server based on an automated schedule, which means it may persist in our archive for a short period of time. Quantac may continue to use your de-identified data after you deactivate your Account.
POLICIES FOR MINORS
You may only use the Quantac Service if you are of the legal drinking age in your country of residence and are not barred from receiving services under applicable law. Quantac does not knowingly collect any PII from minors under this age. If you are aware of a user under the legal drinking age in his or her country of residence and/or who is barred from receiving these services under applicable law, please contact Quantac Support firstname.lastname@example.org.
EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION SETTINGS
You may opt-out of Quantac emails, including summaries, contests, giveaways, surveys, and promotions by changing the notification preferences in your Account Settings or by unsubscribing via the “Unsubscribe” link in any Quantac email. Opting-out of these emails will not end the transmission of important service related emails that are necessary to your use of the Quantac Service.
Cookies are text files that are sent by servers to web browsers and stored on your computer. They inform Quantac which part of the Quantac Service you have visited, so we can better target promotions of alert you to software compatability issues.
Web beacons and pixel tags are images embedded in a webpage or email for the purpose of measuring and analyzing usage and activity. Quantac or third party service providers acting on our behalf may use web beacons and pixel tags to help us analyze usage and improve our functionality.
